I’m a dedicated Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a contemporary and holistic approach. While my professional recognition process is being completed in Spain, I’m currently practising as a Psychological Counsellor.
My approach is broad and integrative, drawing on experience in relational therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, gender studies, couples therapy, and psychoanalysis.
With a background in UX and behavioural research across various industries in the corporate sector, I now focus fully on my private practice. Originally from Argentina and now based in Spain, I am fluent in both Spanish and English, having worked for several years with clients and teams across the US and globally, using English as my primary working language.
I work with the expat community, offering culturally sensitive support to those adapting to life away from home.
I help couples deepen their connection, strengthen their relationship, and build intimacy by creating a safe environment where they can express themselves openly and honestly.
I also support parents throughout the emotional journey of parenthood—from pregnancy and the postpartum period to the everyday challenges of raising a child. I provide a safe, compassionate space for those adjusting to life as parents, coping with postpartum depression or anxiety, or navigating unexpected experiences.

Drawing on my background in clinical psychology, my personal experience as an expat and as a mom, and years in the corporate world, I specialise in supporting individuals who are seeking a sense of purpose, clarity, or emotional well-being. I can help you navigate the process, and move towards greater self-understanding and fulfilment.

My work is grounded in the understanding of the bodymind as a unified system—one that deserves care, exploration, and reverence in all its aspects. I guide clients toward greater self-understanding by helping them integrate all parts of their personality, fostering a more compassionate, less judgmental approach to life. I also work extensively with couples, helping them deepen connection and intimacy, and with parents adjusting to the complex emotional journey of parenthood.
I hold a BA and MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires. I also completed postgraduate degrees and seminars in topics such as Innovations in Cognitive Behavioral models, sexual diversity and gender, among others. As a lifelong learner, I continually deepen my knowledge in areas such as relationships, couples therapy, and the psychological aspects of living abroad.
