If you feel stuck in patterns, relationships, or self-doubt — this is for you. I help you build a more honest, compassionate dialogue with yourself so your relationships and life can shift in a real, lasting way.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — from yourself or your relationships — you’re not alone. This work is about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and building a more honest, supportive relationship with yourself. Because when that shifts, everything else begins to shift too. Grounded in clinical experience within hospital and therapeutic settings, and shaped by Existential Therapy, the focus goes beyond symptoms — exploring meaning, choice, responsibility, and how you relate to your life as it is now. You might be navigating change, questioning your direction, struggling with self-worth, or carrying grief that’s hard to process. This is a space to slow down, make sense of it, and move forward in a way that feels real and sustainable. The goal: more clarity, stronger self-trust, and relationships that feel more aligned — starting with the one you have with yourself.
Trained in the EXISTENTIAL approach in Vienna (Society for Existential Analysis), with additional inspiration from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my work is grounded in a deep understanding of how we relate to ourselves — including thoughts, emotions, body, health, work, relationships, and our past and future — as a foundation for overall well-being.
My clinical experience also includes work with TRAUMA and PSYCHOSOMATIC processes, supporting an understanding of how emotional and lived experiences can be held in both the body and psyche.
Alongside individual work, my work with COUPLES focuses on relational patterns, emotional disconnection, and recurring conflict — helping partners move from reactivity toward greater clarity, responsibility, and emotional presence within the relationship.
