About me
As an Adult Third Culture Kid (ATCK) born in Egypt with a German passport, and having lived in Barcelona for the past 29 years, I bring a rich understanding of diverse cultural experiences. Speaking five languages fluently, my upbringing across four continents gave me a broad worldview, but also exposed me to feelings of uprootedness, loss, and identity struggles. It was through Gestalt therapy that I found healing, self-understanding, and acceptance.
Today, as a Gestalt Therapist and Coach, I offer support to individuals navigating a wide range of life transitions—whether you're dealing with grief, separation or divorce, parenthood, menopause, or moving between countries. My work is centered around helping clients manage the complexities of multicultural life and diversity, while also guiding them through the emotional challenges that come with change. I am deeply passionate about helping people rediscover their sense of balance, empowering them to regain control and move forward with confidence in their personal journeys.

Approach
Gestalt therapy is my primary approach. It is a relational therapy that emphasizes awareness, personal responsability and richness of the present moment. In my sessions I often use techniques like breathing excercises, meditation, visualization, role play and more, to gently guide you towards self awareness. As a Gestalt therapist and coach, I deeply believe in our innate ability to self-regulate and reconnect with our inner resources, guiding us toward a fulfilling life through increased self-awareness.
