🌳About me
I genuinely feel honoured to accompany people on their life journeys. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for self-exploration and growth, helping others feel more capable of managing both their inner and external worlds, and to hold onto a sense of hope even during the more difficult times.
I was born in Israel and have lived in both England and Spain, so I understand the complexity of moving countries. As a therapist, I’ve also worked with many expats as they navigate these transitions.
I see myself as continually learning and developing—both as an individual, a mother, an expat, and a psychotherapist—through my own therapy, personal practice, formal studies, and professional supervision.
🧑🧑🧒 Who do I meet with?
Adults, young people and adolescents (online and In-person) and children (only in-person).
I have experience in supporting individuals through a range of difficulties —such as trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, OCD, phobias, low self-esteem, and depression.
I also provide focused support for women during the perinatal period, including sessions to process birth experiences.
🛋️Where do we meet?
Online/ Barcelona city central (currently mornings, middays) / Sant Cugat del Vallès (Mornings-evenings).
📞You´re welcome to contact me with any questions and see if we could be a good fit for working together ( I offer a free 15-minutes consultation call).
