My work is grounded in psychoanalytic thinking — exploring the unconscious processes that shape our emotions, relationships, and life choices. I offer a confidential, reflective space where we can slow down, listen to what’s underneath, and give meaning to what feels confusing or painful. In both individual and group therapy, I invite reflection and curiosity about what lies beneath our patterns — allowing understanding and change to unfold naturally.
