I work from an integrative perspective, drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR. Therapy focuses on the connection between emotions, bodily experience, thoughts, and relational history. Together, we explore the patterns and inner dynamics that influence your life today, gradually creating greater clarity, emotional regulation, and freedom of choice. The process unfolds at a pace that feels safe, allowing space for both exploration and integration.
In couples therapy, I work primarily with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping partners understand the emotional cycles that create distance or conflict and supporting the rebuilding of emotional safety and connection. In sex therapy, I offer an open, sex-positive, and non-judgmental space where sexuality and intimacy can be explored honestly. Whether the focus is desire, intimacy, shame, or sexual identity, the work aims to reduce shame, deepen understanding, and support realistic and meaningful change.
