I help expats navigate life challenges and move towards their goals. I´m dedicated to nurturing a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore sensitive topics, and enhance positive change through a holistic approach.
🌳 About me I genuinely feel honoured to accompany people on their life journeys. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for self exploration and growth, helping others feel more capable of managing both their inner and external worlds, and holding onto a sense of hope even during more difficult times.
I was born in Israel and have lived in both England and Spain, so I understand the complexity of moving countries. As a therapist, I have also worked with many expats as they navigate these transitions.
I see myself as continually learning and developing as an individual, a mother, an expat, and a psychotherapist through my own therapy, personal practice, formal studies, and professional supervision.
🧑🧑🧒 Who do I meet with? Adults, young people, and adolescents online and in person (in SC).
I have experience supporting individuals through a range of difficulties such as trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, OCD, phobias, low self esteem, and depression.
I also provide focused support for women during the perinatal period, including sessions to process birth experiences.
📞 You are welcome to contact me with any questions and see if we might be a good fit for working together. I offer a free 15 minute consultation call.

🧩 I provide an integrative approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (including third-wave models like ACT) and Psychodynamic Therapy. I also use tools from EMDR Therapy, Art therapy, and Birth-Oriented Therapy.
I view each person holistically and adapt the therapeutic process to their individual needs and personal pace. While sessions primarily involve verbal conversation, they may also incorporate mindfulness and breathing exercises, as well as creative expression (if appropriate).
🤲 I view therapy as a collaborative journey in which both you and I are committed to helping you achieve your mental and life goals.
I believe in the power of human relationships and in each person’s innate ability to facilitate their own healing when provided with the right support and conditions.
🧰To best support you, I offer tools for self-help and encourage ongoing practice between sessions.
⏰Sessions are usually 50 minutes long. In some cases, we can extend to 1.5 sessions if needed.
I began my professional path working primarily with children and parents across public mental health services, schools, and private settings in the UK and Israel.
Over time, my work expanded to focus more deeply on women and adults. I have led individual and group therapy for mothers after birth and during the perinatal period.
Since 2021, I have been based in Barcelona and Sant Cugat del Vallès, where I work with adults both online and in person, with particular sensitivity to expat life, identity transitions, and themes of safety and belonging. Alongside my private practice, I also take part in an initiative providing accessible CBT support.
