I have been working as a Licensed Psychologist, Therapist and Coach in the UK and EU for over 15 years, using an evidence-based, pragmatic approach. I offer in-person therapy in English in Barcelona and online therapy for clients worldwide.
I am an expat (half German, half Iranian, born and raised in the UK), a British Chartered Occupational Psychologist, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council´ and a Fellow of the British Psychological Society´. I am also a mother of 4 kids, and understand the expat experience keenly, given my multicultural background and through living in Barcelona for close to 8 years.
