I practice within an integrative framework, combining elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic approaches, and trauma-oriented methods.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing:
- anxiety disorders, depression, neuroses, and adjustment difficulties,
- emotional challenges resulting from chronic stress, burnout, or migration,
- low self-esteem and difficulties in interpersonal relationships,
- the consequences of traumatic experiences
A central component of my therapeutic work is the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) method — an evidence-based approach focused on processing distressing and traumatic memories. I have completed full EMDR training and regularly participate in supervision and advanced professional development. I apply EMDR not only in trauma-related therapy but also in addressing relationships problems, anxiety, stress, and issues of self-worth.
My work is guided by empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism, providing a safe space to explore emotions, experiences, and internal processes. I believe that effective therapy is built on trust, authenticity, and a collaborative search for lasting change.
