My approach is integrative and humanistic, grounded in my training in psychoanalysis and complemented by contemporary approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.
I work from a perspective that places each person’s uniqueness and personal history at the center of the therapeutic process.
My experience of living abroad, together with my work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, allows me to support processes of adaptation and life in international contexts in a close, respectful, and culturally sensitive way.
Within a space of listening, emotional support, and empathy, my aim is to build a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Together, we can work towards understanding your distress, developing strategies to cope with challenges, and fostering self-awareness and resilience.
It takes great courage to reach out for help.
I look forward to hearing from you!
