I’m Dr. Damla Yildirim, PhD, an English-speaking clinical psychologist in Barcelona. I provide online psychotherapy for adults and families seeking support with anxiety, trauma, and relationships.
I help adults, families, and clients from diverse backgrounds navigate anxiety, trauma, personality patterns, and relationship challenges through online psychotherapy and assessment. My work combines evidence-based, relational, and psychodynamically informed approaches, creating a safe space to explore experiences, understand patterns, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Therapy is tailored to your pace and needs. Together, we explore how you relate to yourself and others, try small changes between sessions, and reflect on progress.
We usually start with 3–4 weekly sessions to clarify goals and determine the most effective approach. Sessions may then continue weekly or bi-weekly. I offer both structured short-term evidence-based therapy and longer-term psychoanalytic work, choosing collaboratively what best supports your growth and well-being.
I have clinical and research experience across the UK, Turkey, and Canada, working with children, adolescents, and adults. This allows me to provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based online psychotherapy.
