Willow specializes in helping individuals make up for years of lacking sex education, while unearthing and nurturing their sensual selves, whether partnered or not. She finds herself often drawn to work with women who yearn to own their sexuality as a vehicle for self-exploration, gender-diverse and queer individuals who come from conservative backgrounds, sex workers, men who feel disconnected from women, and folks who feel frustrated by dating apps. Willow believes that everyone deserves the certainty that their bodies, desires, and boundaries are not only normal but to be celebrated.
Willow holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from New York University as well as two masters degrees: one in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the other in Sex and Couples Therapy. She moved to Spain on a Fulbright scholarship, and currently lives in Barcelona where she has been teaching university students for the last 3 years, most notably in her course The Psychology of Human Sexuality. She also teaches a mindfulness class built on practical exercises aimed to improve wellbeing in students’ day-to-day lives. She works with clients in English or Spanish.
She also serves as a thesis advisor in the CBT masters program at ISEP Barcelona (Instituto Superior de Estudios Psicológicos) and leads monthly workshops on sexuality, in-person and online.
