In childhood, the connection to one's very own essence is often interrupted by injuries and social adjustment processes, as a result of which a large part of one's own vitality and individuality is lost. My work is about creating a safe and non-judgemental space in which past injuries can be seen, accepted and integrated - wounded parts can feel increasingly safe and old burdens can be released. This makes it possible to get back in touch with one's very own energy, sensitivity and heart space and thus access one's power. When shaping your life, it is essential - especially for sensitive and introverted people - to be in harmony with your inner life in order to lead a self-determined and authentic life. The core of my approach is experience and not working with concepts.
Working with inner parts (based on R. Schwartz's Internal Family Systems) and the inner child offers the opportunity to explore the inner landscape of the soul. Through reparenting, new supportive patterns can be anchored in the inner system. My approach also includes body-oriented elements (from the transpersonal field) and techniques for regulating the nervous system (e.g. activation of the vagus nerve). Depending on the person and the issue at hand, I also integrate shamanic journeying and the connection with spiritual companions such as e.g. power animals in the process. The aim here is not to have individual extraordinary experiences, but to build trust in different levels of inner support so that their presence can be felt as a resource in everyday life.
