Approach

Treatment Approaches
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Systemic approachRecommended for those who want to look at how different systems—like family, work, or society—affect their behavior and relationships.
Trauma informed careRecommended for those who have experienced trauma and need a safe, supportive space to heal at their own pace.

Everything in life is energy. Energy determines quality of our life and relationships with others. I am helping people to find connection with their own emotions and to return connection with their soul.

Also, as a professional therapist I am trying to find out what is behind "the masks" that cilents brings into the therapy.

I don't have idea what is the right choice for you but I promise this "jorney" is going to be very insipring.
