I am a psychologist and certified Gestalt psychotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience. My work is grounded in embodied presence, relational dynamics, and a strong therapeutic alliance. My primary focus is on trauma recovery, complex PTSD, identity exploration, and emotional regulation. I support clients in facing early and developmental wounds, integrating disowned parts of the self, and developing greater psychological flexibility and self-awareness. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, including women survivors of domestic violence, LGBTQ+ individuals, refugees, and migrants, offering a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and relationally attuned approach.
My clinical training includes a four-year accredited Gestalt psychotherapy program with extensive supervised practice and personal therapy, as well as a comprehensive academic education in psychology. I integrate Gestalt principles with mindfulness-based and meditative practices to support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and behavioral change. Additionaly, my work involves supporting clients in processing intense emotional experiences and non-ordinary states of consciousness, with a strong emphasis on meaning-making, integration, and psychological safety.
Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I am deeply engaged in the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy from an ethical, research-informed, and integration-focused perspective. I am the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to education, harm reduction, and research on the therapeutic potential of psychedelics. I approach psychedelics not as standalone interventions, but as tools that, when carefully framed within psychotherapy, can support deep insight, trauma resolution, and long-term psychological integration.
Alongside my clinical work, I have extensive experience in psychosocial programming, research, and evaluation within the civil society and international sectors. I have collaborated with organizations such as UN Women, UNICEF, OSCE, Médecins du Monde, and AMICA e.V., contributing to program assessments, policy research, gender analysis, and qualitative evaluations related to gender-based violence, refugee support, and social inclusion.
