Master’s-level psychologist and certified RE&CBT psychotherapist offering online therapy for young adults and adults with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and emotional regulation difficulties in an LGBTQ+ affirmative space.
I am a master’s-level psychologist and certified psychotherapist working primarily with young adults and adults.
I support clients who struggle with anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, overthinking, panic attacks, emotional dysregulation, guilt, shame, identity-related distress, and relationship difficulties.
I also support people who are coping with illness, loss, grief, and broader existential concerns, including questions related to meaning, uncertainty, and mortality.
Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and mental analysis, often struggling with a constant need for certainty or feeling overwhelmed by their emotions and daily life responsibilities.
In our work together, we focus on practical and structured ways to break these patterns and build skills that support everyday functioning, such as emotional regulation, decision-making, assertive communication, organization, and time management. I also work with clients going through major life transitions, including moving to new countries, adapting to life abroad, and living as expats or digital nomads.
I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, providing specialized support and a safe and supportive space for clients with identity-related concerns, minority stress, self-acceptance, and relationship challenges.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness, tailored to each client’s needs.
My goal is to create a warm, structured, and non-judgmental space where clients can gain clarity, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
I work collaboratively with each client to create a structured and goal-oriented therapeutic process tailored to their individual needs.
My focus is on helping clients develop practical skills to manage emotions, strengthen self-confidence, improve interpersonal effectiveness, and develop practical strategies for organization, planning, and time management. I provide concrete guidance to help clients structure their daily tasks, reduce overwhelm, and achieve personal and professional goals.
For OCD and anxiety, I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), one of the most effective evidence-based approaches for working with intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors, with an emphasis on building tolerance for uncertainty.
I integrate evidence-based approaches:
