I am a master’s-level psychologist and certified psychotherapist working primarily with young adults and adults.
I support clients who struggle with anxiety, OCD, intrusive thoughts, overthinking, panic attacks, emotional dysregulation, guilt, shame, identity-related distress, and relationship difficulties.
Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and mental analysis, often struggling with a constant need for certainty or feeling overwhelmed by their emotions and daily life responsibilities.
In our work together, we focus on practical and structured ways to break these patterns and build skills that support everyday functioning, such as emotional regulation, decision-making, assertive communication, organization, and time management. I also work with clients going through major life transitions, including moving to new countries and adapting to life abroad.
I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, providing specialized support and a safe and supportive space for clients with identity-related concerns, minority stress, self-acceptance, and relationship challenges.
I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness, tailored to each client’s needs.
My goal is to create a warm, structured, and non-judgmental space where clients can gain clarity, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
