I am a master’s-level psychologist and certified psychotherapist working primarily with young adults and adults. I support clients with anxiety and OCD (intrusive thoughts, mental compulsions, constant overthinking), panic attacks, emotional dysregulation, guilt, shame, identity-related distress, and relationship difficulties. Many of my clients feel stuck in their head, constantly analyzing, doubting, or seeking certainty, and want practical tools to break this cycle. I also help clients enhance problem-solving, decision-making, assertiveness, and social skills.
I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, providing specialized support for clients with identity-related concerns, minority stress, self-acceptance, and relationship challenges. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, and mindfulness, tailored to each client’s needs.
My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen resilience, and develop practical coping strategies for everyday life.
