About me
I began my education in counseling, therapy, and coaching back in 2016. Since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge through specialized trainings and courses offered by respected national and international institutions, including the REBT Affiliated Training Center of the Albert Ellis Institute in Serbia and the Viktor Frankl Institute of Logotherapy in Israel.
Over time, my curiosity about psychology, along with a guiding sense of purpose, has naturally led me to see counseling and therapy not simply as a profession, but as my true vocation.
Living and studying abroad has also played an important role in shaping both my personal and professional path. These experiences have allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of the emotional and practical challenges that expatriates often face.
Finally, being able to work in different languages with international clients is something that has brought a profound meaning to my practice throughtout the years, and has inspired me to grow and expand constantly my horizons and professional skills.

Approach
Needing a space to slow down and get to know yourself better?
My approach to working with clients is individualized, aiming for a profound understanding of each person’s history, experiences and perspectives. I provide empathic guidance that integrates principles from Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, CBT and ACT. Apart from being integrative, in my approach I also care about being authentic and creative.
At the beginning of the process the emphasis is on understaing better your current context, coping mechanisms and challenges. From there, we explore and work on the unhelpful patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, that may have been preventing you from recognizing and realizing your values, strengths and talents. In light of my therapeutical approaches, I see each problem not merely as an obstacle, but as an invitation to personal discovery and growth.
Some of the areas we can explore together include: Anxiety - Burnout and stress - Intrusive thoughts and overthinking - Perfectionism and high standards - Impostor feelings - Procrastination - Navigating emotions - Grief - Relationships and breakups - Cross-cultural relationships - Assertiveness - Self-confidence - Values awareness - Authenticity and self-awareness - Life transitions - Resilience.
On ITC Platform I work with clients in both English and Spanish, and have spent several years now supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

2021 - 2024: Working in mental health field in Belgrade (2021-2022 as a psychologist in the private center for occupational medicine; 2021-2022 as a psychologist and counsellor in the private international hospital for addiction treatment and rehabilitation; 2023-2024: as a psychologist and counsellor working with adults, adolescents and their parents in the private therapeutic and diagnostic center for the treatment of mental disorders).
