As a psychodrama therapist, I offer a personalized, presence-centered approach that fosters safety, authentic connection, and shared growth, helping clients explore, express, and transform their inner experience.
My therapeutic profile is grounded in eight years of personal exploration and continuous self-development, which deeply inform the way I accompany others in their own processes. Drawing on my background as a pedagogue, educator, and youth worker, I integrate a broad understanding of learning, communication, and group dynamics into my clinical work. My therapeutic work integrates presence, creativity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I believe that healing emerges through authentic human contact and collaborative exploration, and I strive to meet each client with curiosity, openness, and genuine care. Alongside my clinical practice, I bring years of experience as an educator and non-formal education trainer, which enriches my therapeutic approach with a broader understanding of human development, learning processes, and group dynamics. I value lifelong learning as an essential part of who we are, both as individuals and as communities. This philosophy guides my work and continues to shape my growth as a practitioner. Rooted in altruism and activism, I am motivated by the desire to contribute to a more just, conscious, and compassionate society. I am curious by nature, creative in my methods, and unafraid to think outside the box. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group settings, my goal is to support people in discovering new perspectives, strengthening their inner capacities, and living more fully aligned with themselves. Lastly, being a person who finds that movement, art and nature are shortcuts to reach my authentic being, I practice them and lean on them in everything I do.
As a psychodrama therapist, I am committed to the power of presence, creativity, and the transformative potential of human connection. I believe that deep and lasting change happens when a person feels genuinely seen, heard, and understood — not only through words, but through the full experience of relational contact.
In my work, I create a space where clients can explore their inner world, relationships, and emotional conflicts through action, embodiment, and symbolic expression. Psychodrama makes it possible not only to tell a story, but to live it, witness it, and transform it. This experiential process opens the door to deeper self-understanding, new ways of relating, and strengthened personal agency.
My therapeutic approach is always personalized — I adapt methods, pace, and focus to each client’s unique needs, respecting their rhythm, background, and emotional landscape. I view the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative journey of growth, shaped by authentic dialogue, compassionate presence, and the courage to step into the unknown.
At the heart of my practice is presence: creating a safe, grounded, and responsive environment that supports trust and allows for genuine expression of thoughts, feelings, and creative impulses. I believe that human contact — warm, sincere, and non-judgmental — is the foundation upon which insight and inner transformation develop.
My mission is to accompany and support clients as they navigate their personal stories toward integration, clarity, and empowerment, so they can live more freely, fully, and authentically.
