I see systemic coaching as a resource and solution-oriented method that can be used as a means to work on and achieve tasks and objectives. It encourages the development of various skills, identifies possible courses of action, and thus supports and shapes processes of change. This is supported by the basic systemic approach, which assumes that individuals, teams, and companies interact with each other and are influenced by their surroundings, which can result in a shift in perspective, and provides an opportunity for insight and development.
In coaching, the person who comes to me is the expert on the solution, and I as a coach accompany the process. What always fascinates me most about coaching is people’s capacity for change, and the energy and enthusiasm that can be enkindled by an encouraging, appreciative, and trusting attitude.
