My ideal clients are couples feeling disconnected, stuck in patterns of conflict, and attachment wounds. They seek a supportive container to heal and reconnect. Their goals are deeper intimacy, happiness, and self-empowerment. Often, they feel overwhelmed by unresolved trauma or communication breakdowns, yearning for a safe space to rebuild trust. Through science-backed somatic practices, partners deepen their bond, cultivating emotional safety and mutual understanding. They’re driven by a desire to thrive, not just survive, in their partnership. I specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based somatic therapy for couples. With an MA from CIIS and a background in Energetic Practices, I blend Hakomi, EFT, Gestalt, NVC, IFS, and Gottman for embodied awareness. I offer effective, experiential sessions to strengthen bonds, build connection, and heal trauma in a safe space. I know how struggles in key relationships can shake your whole being—you’re not alone. I’m here as your ally, committed to supporting you on this healing journey. I’ll provide a safe space to explore your relationship needs. Let’s deepen intimacy, trust, and harmony in your core bonds—reach out to begin.
My style is grounded in somatic and transpersonal therapy: we work with the body, emotions, and consciousness together to surface what needs attention and move it toward repair or expansion. Drawing from Gestalt Awareness Practice, Hakomi, expressive arts, movement, bioenergetics, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and psychedelic-assisted frameworks, I curate a blend of practices each session. This might look like slowing down to track breath and sensation; using gentle touch-points from EFT to name patterns and practicing new frameworks of communication. The goal is that each couple or family leaves each session with more choices and tools than before the session. Sessions are experiential and collaborative: we identify the core issue, explore it through body-based inquiry, then translate insights into clear, practical actions clients can use between sessions. Throughout, I hold a trauma-informed, culturally attuned space that honors the wisdom each person already carries, guiding them toward greater awareness, embodiment, and agency.
