I have been through burnout. Twice. I have faced identity crises, career upheaval, and the kind of chronic stress that seriously damages your health and relationships. So when I work with clients, I am not just bringing credentials. I am bringing real-life experience.
I work at the intersection of coaching, mindfulness, behaviour change, and emotional intelligence. My approach blends psychology, coaching, and habit-change methods to help you build resilience, stay centred, make clearer decisions, and navigate stress with more confidence and ease.
My methods include ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), Emotional Intelligence, Habit Change and Neuroscience-based Coaching, EMDR, and Emotional Freedom Technique. These work. I know because I have used them on myself and still do to this day.
I am an ICF certified coach and a life and health coach with expertise in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, ACT, CBT, agile leadership, and positive neuroplasticity.
