About me

✨ Hello, and welcome! My name is Muntsa Molina, and it would be my pleasure to accompany you on your journey through art therapy. ✨

Sometimes we know that something has changed, but we don't quite know how to explain it.

You may be moving through a major life transition, adjusting to a new country or culture, grieving something or someone, questioning where you belong, or simply feeling that your usual ways of coping no longer work.

Perhaps you have spent a long time trying to make sense of things in your head. Perhaps you have plenty of words, but they don't seem to reach what you are actually feeling.

This is where art therapy can offer another way in.

You don't need to be an artist, creative, or even know what you want to talk about. Together, we can explore what is happening through conversation, images and creative processes, at a pace that feels right for you.

I am an art counsellor originally from Barcelona, now based in Berlin. My own experience of living between different places and cultures has shaped the way I understand questions of identity, belonging and what it means to make a life somewhere new.

My background is in fine arts, and my path from artist to art counsellor grew from a curiosity about the relationship between creativity and our inner worlds.

I have also worked with migrant and refugee communities in Berlin. This experience has given me a particular appreciation for the complexity of starting again: the possibilities that come with change, as well as the loneliness, uncertainty, grief and questions of identity that can accompany it.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Art therapyRecommended for those who feel more comfortable expressing emotions through creativity and want to explore their feelings through art rather than talking.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.

🎨 Art therapy offers a space to explore thoughts and feelings that can be difficult to express with words alone. Through drawing, painting, or other creative processes, emotions and experiences can unfold in a gentle and meaningful way. 🎨

I see therapy as a relationship in which you don't have to perform, have all the answers, or know exactly where to begin.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate and person-centred. I will meet you with curiosity and without judgement, and we will explore together what feels important for you.

Art can become part of this exploration, but it is never something you have to do. A session might involve talking, reflecting, drawing, painting, working with different materials, or simply noticing what is happening within you.

There is no need to make something beautiful or meaningful. Sometimes the process itself can help us notice feelings, memories or experiences that are difficult to access through words alone.

I’m especially drawn to supporting people who are navigating migration and cultural transitions, grief and loss, questions of identity and belonging, anxiety, high sensitivity and significant life changes.

My aim is not to tell you who you are or what you should do. It is to create enough space for you to listen to yourself, understand your experience and discover what might be possible from here.

What You Can Expect

You can come just as you are. You don't need to have everything figured out or know whether art therapy is right for you.

We can start with whatever feels most present and take things at your own pace. Sometimes creating an image can help express something that words cannot. At other times, simply having a space to pause, reflect and be heard can be enough.

There is no one right way to work together. We can find an approach that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.

Let's Meet

Finding the right therapist is a personal process, and feeling comfortable with the person you choose really matters.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory conversation where we can meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see how it feels to connect.

If something in your life feels unsettled, difficult to put into words, or simply ready to be explored, you are very welcome to reach out.

You don't need to have all the answers. We can start from wherever you are.
