In my therapeutic/counseling work I use an approach that considers body, mind and heart together and therefore also touches all these aspects of the human being. More at https://www.nelecoelsch-pantarei.de
I have been working with families and couples as well as individuals for over 14 years as a social worker and family therapist in outreach work. In parallel, I work in groups as a trainer and speaker on the topics of racial sensitivity and alternatives to the current economic growth dogma. In my work I have noticed that the body, in which our experiences, visions and societal imprints are inscribed, is hardly taken into account for understanding personal and collective growth and learning processes in this part of the world. This is exactly what I want to change with Pantarei. I use the body to capture and integrate lived experiences, imprints, joys and sorrows with the body and soul in addition to the head.
We've all been there: we want to make a decision and have sleepless nights. We are heartbroken and have no appetite, we are unhappy at work and feel exhausted. Our states of mind is reflected in our bodies. When a trauma or injury happens, it is captured in the body, for example, we stop feeling certain parts or reduce the intensity of our breathing. If we neglect our painful body memory, it may even take on a life of its own and we become ill. On the other hand all the resources and capacities are also stored in the body. I would like to take this natural connection between mind and body into account in my work by communicating cognitively, i.e. verbally, as well as listening to what our body communicates to us. The aim is to feel more space in the body and in the thoughts in order to stimulate feelings and growth processes. We want to release blockages and let you be in the flow. This is exactly the translation of Pantarei: being in the flow.
