Hello and welcome,
My name is Tena. I am a therapist, coach, and founder of Authentic Studio. I built this space because I know what it’s like to look successful on the outside and feel completely unraveled on the inside. To try all the right books, all the right steps, and still feel stuck.
Healing didn’t begin in my mind. It started in my body, the place where my emotions had been waiting for years to be heard.
At Authentic Studio, I offer a space that’s grounded, real, and rooted in nervous system safety. A space where therapy and coaching meet, so you don’t just talk about change, you embody it. I am looking forward to meeting you and seeing how we can work together.

I have completed Integrative Core Dynamics training in integrative body oriented psychotherapy and personal development and advanced training in development and integration of personal power, leadership and sexuality. I work with transpersonal psychotherapy, body oriented therapy and somatic tools. I work in 1on1 setting; online or in person, as well as in a group setup.
My aim is to support every client on their path, no matter how it looks, with the tools and techniques that have been proven to work.
Except being trained and working in psychotherapy, I have corporate experience of 10+ years as a people manager and a business expert. I am also using somatic techniques in coaching and mentoring in business aspect.
