My practice is guided by cognitive and behavioral therapies, the only ones having proven scientifically. I am trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), very functional in the case of trauma.
I also practice schema therapy (integrated approach resulting from cognitive behavioral approaches working on Unsuitable Early Schemes developed during our childhood and adolescence) as well as positive psychology in an approach centered on the mobilization of your resources and personal skills in order to increase and improve your well-being.
