I work with cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Meta-Cognitive Therapy, Exposure Treatment and Schema Therapy techniques. Together we determine the time frame and the content of the therapy sessions. We collaborate on defining the themes, aims and focus points for the therapy, and we evaluate and revise these throughout. We also discuss and plan what should be reflected, focused or worked upon in the time between sessions.
