I grew up in Canada and then moved to the UK where I lived for almost 30 years. I now live in Berlin and support clients mostly online.
After years working in the corporate sector with a focus on organisational and team change, I retrained firstly as a coach and then as a CBT therapist. I understand the realities of the working world including the stress and challenges that can result from our day to day working lives.
I have worked with my own challenges around burnout, anxiety, depression and finding meaning. Now I enjoy helping others with practical approaches that deliver results by combining coaching with the power of CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) to support clients to ‘get out’ of unhelpful patterns such as: overload, lower self-confidence, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, addictive behaviours.
In addition, I have worked extensively with LGBTQ+ clients and have a deep expertise in Chemsex, addiction and recovery linked with issues of self-worth and connection. Where necessary, I am able to support getting drugs/alcohol under control before moving into the therapeutic process.
