Already in my adolescence I was fascinated with psychology and through my psychiatrist mother I had the unique possibility to attend conferences on various mental health topics as a teen. While my formal education started in London, it was at the University of Potsdam in Germany where I earned my Masters degree in clinical psychology in 2022.
For the past seven years, I have devoted myself to counselling, specialising in supporting children and families through challenging circumstances. My clients come from diverse backgrounds, each facing their own set of challenges, from autism and ADHD to depression, eating disorders, and those embracing acceptance of various physical disabilities. Additionally, I completed a rigorous internship at the Charité - University Clinic of Berlin, focusing on patients with anxiety disorders, and I am currently doing a doctoral research project centered on this patient population.
Though my roots lie in Hungary, I have embraced expat life for the past 15 years. I understand the struggles of integrating into a new society firsthand and am here to lend a helping hand. Whether you prefer English, German, or even my native Hungarian, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Let's navigate this journey together.
