Psychological strain can throw life off balance – often not suddenly, but gradually. Through my own past experiences with burnout and depressive crises, I know how unsettling and exhausting such phases can be. Professional psychotherapeutic support helped me gain new perspectives and rebuild trust in my own ability to act and shape my life. This experience inspired me to make psychology my profession.
In my work, I meet people with openness, respect, and compassionate interest in their individual life situations. I work from a systemic perspective – which means we do not only focus on symptoms, but also on patterns and connections: relationships, life circumstances, roles, resources, and what has supported you so far. Together, we explore what strengthens you, what weighs on you, and which changes feel right and meaningful.
I see myself as a reliable partner at your side, someone who listens carefully, asks thoughtful questions, and offers constructive impulses. Within a safe and confidential space, I support you in gaining clarity, developing new perspectives, and experimenting with your own solutions – at your pace and in accordance with your individual possibilities.
For an initial contact, you are welcome to briefly describe your concerns. Together, we will then find a suitable appointment.
The sessions take place within the framework of psychological counseling and do not replace psychotherapy. If it becomes clear that psychotherapeutic treatment would be advisable, I will address this openly and support you in taking the next steps.
