In my practice, I offer a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about what you are going through, and where we can begin to explore new perspectives together.
My therapeutic approach combines methods from cognitive-behavioral, depth-psychological therapy and narrative therapy, complemented by coaching when it is useful. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, addictions, relationship or family difficulties, trauma, life crises, intercultural challenges, and other issues that affect their wellbeing. Every process is tailored to the individual and unfolds at your own pace.
