Psychologist in Berlin offering counseling and psychotherapy in German, English, and French – in person and online.
I was born in Berlin, Germany, where I developed a deep interest in cultural diversity and human interaction. After completing my studies in clinical psychology in Aix-en-Provence, France, I gained extensive experience working with both verbal and non-verbal communication, emotions, and inner conflicts. For the past ten years, I have been working in private practice—first at the international community practice Stillpoint Spaces Berlin, and since 2021 in my own practice in Berlin Kreuzberg, in Viktoriakiez. Alongside my therapeutic work, I followed over four years additional training in cognitive behavioral therapy and I am currently involved in a research project at Charité in the field of Parkinson’s and medication studies. My work combines clinical psychology with artistic and cultural projects, focusing on the healing potential of individual expression through language and behavior in its many forms. Looking for therapy often begins in moments of uncertainty, struggle, or change. Taking the step to reach out can already feel like a relief. In my practice, I offer a safe and confidential space where you can talk openly about what you are going through, and where we can begin to explore new perspectives together. My therapeutic approach combines methods from cognitive-behavioral, depth-psychological therapy and narrative therapy, complemented by coaching when it is useful. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, addictions, relationship or family difficulties, trauma, life crises, intercultural challenges, and other issues that affect their wellbeing. Every process is tailored to the individual and unfolds at your own pace. I provide therapy in German, English, and French, with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a focus on personal growth. My aim is to support you in finding clarity, balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Over the past ten years, I have worked in a wide range of clinical and therapeutic settings in Germany and France. My path has taken me through psychosomatic rehabilitation in Potsdam, psycho-oncology in Buckow, and many years of experience in the field of addictions in Aix-en-Provence, where I was also part of a research project on alcoholism. I have worked with children, adolescents, couples, and families in psychiatric hospitals and university clinics, and I gained further experience in detox programs here in Berlin. From 2016 to 2022, I was part of the international community practice Stillpoint Spaces Berlin, and since 2021 I have been welcoming clients to my own practice in Berlin Kreuzberg. These diverse experiences allow me to understand different life situations and challenges, and to meet each person with openness, empathy, and a broad therapeutic perspective.
I studied clinical psychology and psychopathology at Université Aix-Marseille, where I received my Master’s degree and obtained my license to practice psychotherapy in France. Alongside my studies, I completed further training in Narrative Therapy at Le Mouvement Clinique Postmoderne. Later, I pursued advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at IVT Berlin, deepening my expertise in evidence-based methods. Since 2023, I have been a PhD student at Charité Berlin in the departments of Neurology and Psychiatry, contributing to research in the field of Parkinson’s and medication studies.
