My approach to therapy is collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental. I see therapy as a shared process where we work together to better understand what is happening in your inner world and in your relationships.
I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore emotions, patterns, and life experiences at your own pace, while developing tools that help you navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion.
I work from an integrative, evidence-based perspective, drawing mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and humanistic approaches. This allows me to adapt the therapeutic process to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
I pay close attention to the broader context of your life, including personal, relational, professional, and cultural factors. Having lived and worked in different countries, I bring a culturally sensitive and internationally informed perspective to my work.
