About me

As a graduate of the International Psychoanalytic University in Berlin, I bring a well-rounded foundation in psychoanalysis complemented by knowledge in a variety of other therapeutic approaches.

Drawing from extensive experience in social work and crisis intervention, I have developed an approach that emphasizes the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and social well-being. My background in navigating complex situations has equipped me with the skills to understand individuals in their unique contexts, recognizing how external factors influence mental health. By integrating therapeutic techniques with a compassionate understanding of life’s challenges, I strive to empower clients to heal and grow, fostering resilience and promoting overall wellness. This comprehensive perspective allows me to tailor interventions that address not only immediate crises but also long-term growth and fulfillment.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioral therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
Jungian analysisRecommended for those interested in diving deep into their unconscious mind to better understand themselves and grow emotionally.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
In my practice, I guide individuals in exploring both their personal and collective unconscious. Together, we will delve into early life experiences and uncover how they shape current emotional patterns and behaviors. By connecting with this vulnerable part of ourselves, we can uncover unresolved wounds and unmet needs, allowing for deep healing and personal transformation. In a safe and empathetic environment, I help clients build self-compassion, foster greater self-awareness, and cultivate emotional resilience.

By integrating these deeper insights with more present-focused approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for managing anxiety, or mindfulness-based strategies for grounding, I aim to help clients uncover and work through both conscious and unconscious patterns that may be limiting their growth. This holistic framework allows for both immediate symptom relief and long-term personal development.

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, identity concerns, or seeking a more meaningful connection with yourself and your life's purpose, my goal is to guide you through a journey that promotes self-awareness, healing, and transformation.

Through collaboration and self-discovery, I will help you to recognize that true healing and growth come from within. Together, we will create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe space. By working closely together, I hope to aid you in uncovering insights that foster self-awareness, empower personal choices, and cultivate a deeper level of understanding of both the self and others.
