I’m passionate about Metacognitive Therapy and its innovative approach to understanding and treating mental health challenges — particularly anxiety and OCD. What fascinates me most is how it shifts the focus from the content of thoughts to the way we relate to them, offering a refreshing and empowering perspective on recovery.
MCT is a gentle form of short term therapy where you're encouraged to do less with your mental health, rather than adding techniques and strategies to an already busy life. Some have described it as an anti-therapy.
