About me

I'm a German psychologist (M.Sc.) with a focus on clinical psychology and neuroscience. I received four year post-grad training in Tranactional Analysis and a two year training in body oriented psychotherapy. At the moment I am in training for becoming specialized in psychodynamic treatment. My passion is to work with people – with all their potential, needs and life realities. Moreover, a humorous and appreciative communication on an equal level is a special concern of mine. I'm interested in intercultural exchange, languages and travelling.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Body therapyRecommended for those who want to connect their mind and body to release stress or trauma through physical sensations and movement.
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
Psychedelic integration therapyRecommended for those who have had psychedelic experiences and want help understanding and integrating the insights into their everyday life for personal growth and self-discovery.
Psychodynamic therapyRecommended for those looking to explore their emotions deeply and understand how past experiences shape their present life.
Psychotherapy Recommended for those who want to work through emotional or mental health challenges by talking with a trained psychotherapist.
Transactional analysisRecommended for those who want to understand and improve their interactions with others by exploring the roles they take on in relationships.
In my work I focus on what is human first. In my opinion a good therapeutic relationship is the foundation for making therapy a working experience. And a good therapeutic relationship is based on authenticity. As a therapist I try not to hide behind a clipboard but show up as a tangible counterpart. An appreciative and tolerant atmosphere in which a client can open up is crucial to me. In my work we will focus on the here and now and how this is determined by your past. We will not dig into your past endlessly for no reason but will always make connections to what you can improve today and in the future.
