In my work, I follow a psychodynamic therapy approach, combining scientifically-based methods with my experience as a therapist. Together, we will find an approach that fits you personally.
This means:
We start with your current challenges – in the here and now. We examine your feelings, thoughts, and actions – in short, how you experience the world.
We also look at your past experiences with yourself and in relationships with others, identifying patterns and finding ways to break them. The pace is set by you.
We work with different aspects of your personality that may have been overlooked so far. We provide the necessary support for their further development.
We use emotion-focused techniques that allow you to connect with your feelings and bring them into harmony with yourself.
You can expect from me unconditional acceptance and an attitude free from judgment. Grief, joy, anger, and all other feelings are welcome and can be part of our work together.
As is often the case, changes happen in small, but steady steps. I will accompany you with patience and empathy on your journey toward greater clarity, self-determination, and inner strength.
