Clinical psychologist with more than seven years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy, focusing on CBT and positive psychotherapy
With a foundation in clinical psychology, I embarked on a path of exploration and discovery, driven by a deep curiosity about the human mind and its complexities. My educational journey led me to pursue a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Clinical Psychology from Shiraz University, Iran. I gained over seven years of experience in clinical psychology, counseling, and teaching various psychology topics at two universities. Eager to expand my horizons, I ventured into the realm of research, joining the Center for Lifespan Psychology at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin, Germany as a PhD candidate. I am thrilled to be part of "Life is Complicated," where I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward mental well-being and personal growth.
My approach combines the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychotherapy to foster positive emotions, promote personal development, and instill healthy behaviors.
