I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on psychoanalytic theory, along with a German license - Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapy. In addition, I am a full member of BDP Germany (professional association of German psychologists).
My work is based on a simple but often avoided premise:
lasting psychological change happens through an authentic relationship.
No matter the symptom - burnout, anxiety, existential crisis, trauma, or neurodivergence - the depth of change depends on the quality of connection between client and therapist. Yes to techniques. Yes to tools. But those will be just paths to deepen the human connection.
In a world of quick fixes, mental health apps, and AI-generated advice, I offer something much more fundamental:
a consistent, real, human relationship - structured, intentional, and psychologically informed.
This kind of work is not fast. It is not always comfortable. And it cannot be replicated by surface-level interventions.
I work with adults who are willing to go beyond symptom management and engage in deeper character-level change. This includes exploring long-standing patterns, relational dynamics, and internal conflicts - often rooted in early and transgenerational experiences.
A meaningful therapeutic process requires time, continuity, and commitment. As a rule, I recommend engaging in therapy with a long-term perspective (approximately one year or more) in order to allow trust, attachment, and genuine transformation to develop.
Areas of Work
- Burnout, chronic stress, and emotional exhaustion
- Cultural adjustment, immigration, and identity/gender transitions
- Trauma and transgenerational patterns
- Self-confidence, boundaries, and relational difficulties (BPD & narcissism)
- Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, AuDHD)
What I Offer: Not a quick solution. Not a predefined protocol.
But a stable, engaged therapeutic relationship in which bigger change becomes possible - over time, through trust, repetition, and genuine contact.
Working Style - Direct. Attentive. Involved.
If you are looking for immediate answers or short-term relief, this approach may not be the right fit.
If you are ready for a process that is longer, more demanding, and ultimately more transformative, you are welcome to reach out.
