Where do we belong? Why do we repeat behaviors that hurt us, and why do relationships with family, friends, and partners cause us to suffer? What is my worth as a person? These are some of the questions that intrigue me, both as a practitioner and as a human.
Having grown up in Japan, spent my teenage years in Bulgaria, and lived in Germany for the past ten years, I have gained insights into the complexities and richness of the human psyche. My experience working in psychiatric institutions such as psychiatric hospitals, clinics for depression and psychosomatic disorders, crisis management centres, as well as in school psychology and social work settings, has taught me to respond adequately to a wide range of challenges.
I have deep interest in arts, memories, dreams as I believe they are a rich source to understand the human condition. Recently, I have been deepening my interest, particularly in exploring the question of the female gaze in cinema from a psychoanalytic perspective.
I hold a Master’s degree from the International Psychoanalytic University, Berlin, and a Bachelor’s from Humboldt University, Berlin. Currently, I’m continuing my studies at the Freud Lacan Institute in Dublin and participating in seminars with the Bulgarian Lacanian Psychoanalytic Association and the Berlin Lacanian Initiative.
I welcome people of all genders, identities, and backgrounds.
In the first session, we will take a look at what brought you here, and I will ask some questions in order to better understand the topics and difficulties you are bringing. Together, we can also discuss the frame of the work, such as how often you would like to come.
My practice is rooted in ethical principles, including regular supervision, self-reflection, and continuous learning.
