I offer therapy for adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including:
• Anxiety, overwhelm, and stress
• Depression or low mood
• Grief and loss
• Life transitions and identity shifts
• Relationship dynamics/roles and attachment challenges
• Self-doubt, shame, or feeling “not enough”
• A general sense of being stuck, or disconnected from yourself
Many of the people I work with are also exploring deeper questions about values, boundaries, personal or familial history, or how to live more fully in alignment with themselves. Some are new to therapy, others are returning after previous experiences, and all are welcome.
At the center of my practice is a commitment to creating a space where you can arrive just as you are, without filters, masks, or pressure to be anything other than yourself. My role is to support you in nurturing a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself while gently exploring how early relationships and past experiences may still be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today.
Together, we’ll bring curiosity and compassion to the parts- all the patterns, beliefs, and stories once aimed to keep you safe, but now feel limiting and ready for transformation.
Rooted in psychodynamic principles, my approach is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and body-based, emotionally focused modalities like Somatic Experiencing (SE). In sessions, we might gently explore different parts of yourself that hold feelings or memories, tune into bodily sensations, or reflect together on recurring patterns and emotions. This helps create a grounded, safe space where healing can unfold naturally.
Above all else, our work will be collaborative and centered on your voice, values, and goals. We’ll hold space for all parts of you, the ones you know well and those just beginning to surface. This journey isn’t about perfection but about integration: making contact with what’s been lost, hidden, or silenced, and creating room for new ways of being. I don’t believe in quick fixes; I believe in the power of slowing down, turning inward, and creating space for real change.
If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and share a bit of your story. You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin... just a little curiosity or courage to show up.
