About me

I am a psychologist (M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy) and have been supporting people since 2019. In my work, I accompany adults and teenagers through challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, and life crises.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have also been engaged in research, which helps me bring evidence-based and effective methods into therapy. At the same time, I believe that every person’s story is unique — together we look for solutions that fit you and foster lasting change.

My approach combines professionalism with warmth: I want my clients to feel safe, understood, and empowered to take steps toward a more fulfilling life.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
CBT: Cognitive behavioural therapyRecommended for those looking for practical support and accountability to change unhelpful thinking and behaviors.
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.
Couples therapySupport for couples working through problems and who want to gain insight into the relational dynamics that contribute to the problem.
Systemic approachRecommended for those who want to look at how different systems—like family, work, or society—affect their behavior and relationships.

In my work, I combine compassion with a solution-focused approach. I believe that therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported, while also being encouraged to take steps toward the life you want to live.

In the first sessions (usually 1–3), we take time to carefully explore your situation and gain clarity about what feels most important for you right now. Together, we then define the changes you wish to see and gradually move toward them. Step by step, we focus on developing concrete strategies and anchoring positive changes into your everyday life.

I draw on methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Systemic Therapy, but always adapt them to your unique needs. For me, therapy is not about applying a formula — it’s about creating a space where you can grow, gain new perspectives, and build resilience.

Experience

6 years in practice

I am currently working as a psychologist at Sana Klinikum Berlin, where I support children, adolescents, and their parents in challenging life situations. Since 2019, I have been accompanying both adolescents and adults through trauma, depression, anxiety, and life crises. • Charité (2019–2023) – supporting children and families in coping with trauma, depression, and anxiety. • Psychologische Hochschule Berlin (2023–2024) – working with adolescents and adults on core psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, and stress-related difficulties. • Charité (2023) – focusing on burnout prevention and recovery in adults. • Work with refugees and families (2019–2025) – providing psychological support in contexts of migration, loss, and adaptation.

Education

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy from the Free University of Berlin. Additionally, I completed training as a physiotherapist 10 years ago, which allows me to integrate body and mind holistically in my work.
