Queer, multicultural psychologist & artist offering an integrative, non-diagnostic online space to explore your inner dynamics and relationship patterns beyond labels, while fostering autonomy and well-being on eye-level
I’m a queer psychotherapist of Turkish, Ukrainian, and Russian heritage, born and raised in Berlin. Navigating between multiple cultures has been a constant in my life, and I’ve always found myself living in the in-between spaces. This rich, multifaceted background deeply informs my practice and allows me to connect with those who also walk in diverse worlds.
In addition to my work as a psychologist, I’m also an artist and community worker. Creativity and collective care are central to my life, and I’m passionate about fostering environments where individuals can express themselves fully and feel seen. My approach is integrative and inclusive, shaped by my own lived experiences and a commitment to supporting others on their personal journeys.
Please note: as a psychotherapist in training, I do not provide formal psychotherapy or official diagnoses. However, I offer a supportive space for self-exploration, helping you connect with different parts of yourself, your self-talk, and beliefs, and how they shape your relationships. All sessions are held online.
While I cannot provide formal symptom-focused treatment, I can support you in exploring how your experiences manifest and work with you to improve emotional well-being and personal development. Understanding the broader social, cultural, and relational contexts of an individual’s experience, rather than reducing it to symptoms or diagnoses is an important approach in my work. I strive to work in a way that honors the individuality and autonomy of each person, while offering tools and support for navigating the challenges they face.
My experience as a psychologist touches on a range of areas, including:
After assessing your goals, I tailor our sessions to what works best for you. My approach is mainly psychodynamic, with elements of CBT, imaginative, and gestalt techniques. Together, we create a space where you can reflect, share, and explore. My role is to hold this space with care, meaning, I provide support and create an environment for you to feel safe. Together, we’ll dig deeper where needed, which can sometimes feel uncomfortable but is often where meaningful shifts and new perspectives emerge. As we build a relationship, I work with what surfaces in our interactions, since much of our internal world is reflected in how we relate to others. I mirror these dynamics back to you in a gentle way, helping you gain insights that you can integrate into your everyday life.
