Hello and a warm welcome to my profile. 🌿 Whether you already met me in a clinical setting, were referred by a friend, or simply found me through this platform – I’m glad you’re here. My name is Johannes, I am a clinical psychologist, researcher, and trainer with a strong focus on experiential, mindfulness- and evidence-based approaches.
Over the past decade, I have lived and worked in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Lithuania, Italy, and Cyprus. These experiences not only shaped me personally but also enriched my perspective as a psychologist, allowing me to bring sensitivity, curiosity, openness and a sense of adventure into my clinical work. Today, I am based in Berlin, where I work in a private psychiatric clinic with individuals and groups, including ketamine-assisted therapy and integration sessions.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively engaged in research within the field of Contextual Behavioral Science – the science behind Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also provide advanced trainings for colleagues, particularly on ACT and psychedelic-assisted therapy, where I aim to connect cutting-edge science with practical therapeutic skills.
