I am a Berlin-based psychologist with a multidisciplinary background in clinical psychology, art, music and media management — complemented in recent years by experience in software product management and digital health. This broad experience informs my understanding of how people move through different personal, creative, and professional worlds.
In my own life, I have faced demanding periods, overcome setbacks, and spent several years in psychoanalytic treatment and couples counseling myself. These experiences — alongside my clinical training — have shaped my empathy, awareness, and appreciation for the complexity of human development and the human mind. My longstanding interest in psychodynamic psychology and psychoanalysis continues to guide how I understand inner conflicts, relationships, and the pursuit of understanding oneself.
I provide therapy and counseling to individuals and couples who are struggling with emotional distress, life transitions, relationship issues, personality problems, sexuality, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, existential questions, or professional challenges and burnout. My work focuses on understanding internal patterns, relational dynamics, and the unconscious forces that influence how we experience ourselves and others.
While my foundation is psychodynamic, I am usually following a more pragmatic approach depending on the client and situational needs. Every process is as unique as the people who bring it to life together. It is therefore of great importance to me to always keep this in perspective during my work and to respond to the individual needs of each client accordingly. I aim to meet people where they are — thoughtfully, respectfully, and with genuine curiosity. I enjoy working with people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, social classes, and backgrounds.
Important note: All my services are provided within the scope of my work as psychologist and non-medical practitioner (psychotherapy).
