I see therapy as the ultimate self-love practice in a world that's constantly testing your limits. In this context i integrate systemic and cognitive-behavioral with mindfulness-based approaches, such as Focusing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I apply a client-centered and holistic approach that empower individuals and couples to explore their inner worlds freely, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth. Drawing from my extensive experience as a mindfulness trainer and my commitment to ongoing learning, I create a supportive environment where clients can cultivate self-trust and navigate life's challenges with clarity and purpose. Other professionals in my field see me as a source of inspiration for lived, embodied mindfulness and sustainable self-care, with heart, body and mind.
I work in private practice since 2018 and in the organizational context (workplace health promotion) as a consultant and trainer since 2015. I am also working for an international institute for employee and management health. Here I consult people in a wide variety of systems, cultures and industries on a daily basis, in German and English. Accordingly, my professional expertise is also in the field of organizational resilience (people, teams & organizations).
In the diverse city of Berlin i also enjoy working regularly with international couples, artists and expats (in English).
