-As a "Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie", some German private insurances can partially or fully cover the costs of my sessions, as well as "Heilpraktiker Zusatzversicherungen".
-At best, call your insurance provider to ask about their refund policy.
-If you reside in Germany, you can also deduct the cost of your psychotherapy from your taxes, just ask me for a bill.
