My approaches focuses on patterns that shape how you relate, often quietly and outside of your awareness.
Together, we explore how these patterns developed over time, and how they once made sense.
This may include experiences from childhood, difficult relationships, or periods of emotional insecurity.
It can show up as anxious attachment, avoidant strategies such as emotional shutdown or distance, or the push–pull dynamics often described as fearful avoidant (sometimes also called disorganized attachment).
This work is often more experiential than people expect.
Many people notice meaningful shifts once we begin working directly with inner experience.
Rather than explaining patterns away, we work with new ways of experiencing situations in the present.
Over time, this changes how you move through moments of closeness, distance, or conflict.
Your system begins to respond differently, and new choices become available.
How do we work together?
My sessions combine reflective conversation with guided inner work.
The inner work gently shifts your attention inward, allowing deeper emotional layers to become accessible in a contained and supportive way.
We move at your pace, and together find a rhythm that feels right.
After each session, you receive an audio recording of the guided part. Listening to this regularly helps deepen and integrate the experience into your daily life.
Over time, you may notice concrete shifts.
Self-doubt becomes less dominant.
A quieter, more stable inner center begins to emerge.
Fear of abandonment can soften.
Patterns like people-pleasing or self-erasure become less compelling, making space for a more grounded and authentic way of relating.
All sessions take place online.
You can join from anywhere, in your own space.
