Soy Graduada en Psicología por la Universidad de Granada y Máster en Psicología General Sanitaria por la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. También soy miembro del "Berufsverband Deutscher Psychologinnen und Psychologen" de Berlín, además de Coach oficial en BetterUp. Tengo experiencia como psicóloga en todo tipo de trastornos del estado del ánimo, como estrés, ansiedad, depresión, etc., así como con problemas adaptativos derivados de acontecimientos vitales que generan malestar. También tengo experiencia haciendo asesoramiento psicológico y coach profesional en entorno laboral. Además tengo experiencia haciendo terapia a nivel individual, familiar y grupal con problemas de adicción, trastornos de la conducta alimentaria, personas en riesgo de exclusión social y personas sin hogar. I'm a certified Psychologist and Master in General Clinical Psychology by the Autonomous University of Madrid. I'm also a member of Berufsverband Deutscher Psychologinnen und Psychologen in Berlin and an official Coach by BetterUp. I have experience as a psychologist working with anxiety, depression, stress, etc., as well as with adaptive problems derived from life events that generate discomfort. I also have experience as a counsellor and a coach in work environments. I have experience doing individual, family and group therapy with addiction, eating disorders, people at social risk situation and homeless.

Durante mis sesiones utilizo un enfoque Cognitivo-Conductual (CBT) integrado con Terapia Breve Centrada en Soluciones y Terapias de Tercera generación, como la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso (ACT). Todas ellas han demostrado su efectividad y eficacia a nivel científico en el tratamiento de problemas psicológicos. El objetivo de mi intervención e inducir el autoconocimiento de mis pacientes y animarles a adoptar nuevas actitudes y sentimientos hacia la vida. Es esencial tener en cuenta que la terapia no es una píldora mágica o una solución rápida. La terapia es un proceso de curación que requiere tanto la participación y esfuerzo del paciente como la del profesional. En cualquier caso, hacer cambios pequeños frente a actitudes derrotistas y saber lidiar con el malestar. During my sessions I use a Cognitive- Behavioral (CBT) approach in combination with Solution-focused Therapy andThird Generation Therapies, as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The goal of my intervention is to help you to develop your self-knowledge and to develop a new attitude towards life. It's very important to know that therapy is not as a magic pill or a quick solution. Therapy is a process that requires the active participation and effort of the client and the psychologist.
