My work is trauma-informed, practical, mindful and focused on real-life change — without forcing you into “normal functioning.” We look at patterns, resources, needs, and context, and develop strategies that actually fit you.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, mirror patterns, and help you notice what’s really going on beneath the surface — especially when you’ve learned to “power through” for a long time. At the same time, I’m very pragmatic: we’ll translate insights into concrete steps, boundaries, routines, communication strategies, and supportive structures.
For our work to be helpful, you need a basic level of stability: being able to stay in conversation, keep appointments, and try small steps between sessions. If you’re currently in an acute crisis, feel unable to keep yourself safe, or need intensive support, my offer is not the right fit at this time.
I do not provide crisis intervention or acute stabilization. I also do not offer ADHD/AuDHD/autism diagnostics. What I do offer is a supportive, structured space for reflection and change — at a pace that respects your nervous system, your capacity, and your real life.
