It would be my honour to accompany you toward (re-)connection and unique self-expression so you can stay anchored to your truth, your values, qualities and personal path, no matter how turbulent the storm.
About me
As a child growing up in Apartheid South Africa, I always questioned the status quo. Why do we judge and condemn based on differences in skin tone, hair curl, or body shape? What drives us to berate and segregate? Conversely, what enables us to reach out, open our hearts, and truly listen?
My quest for answers finally led me to pursue a BSc in psychology. Yet it took me another seven years of travel, teaching, and moving between the UK and Argentina, to find my calling in somatic work, upon arriving in Berlin. Since 2013, I’ve been honing my skills as a practitioner, inching a little closer to understanding our shared humanity.
When we manage to see beyond our immediate differences, recognising each person’s unique perspective, vision, life experiences, challenges, wishes, and dreams, we connect from a more humane place—a place that unites us.
Currently, I’m enrolled in the first year-long Advanced Training Course of the Pantarei Approach, and continue learning and growing through workshops and specialty courses for practitioners. In addition, I work alongside the co-founders as course coordinator, at their school in Berlin. In parallel, I study and practice the DeROSE Method, and am a certified instructor qualified to teach SwáSthya Yôga.
When I’m not immersed in yôga practice, client interactions, or teaching, you’ll find me playing with my adorable Schnoodle puppy, Kiwi. I love chilling with friends, and taking time to leave the city hustle for adventures in the mountains.
My approach
In my work as a somatic practitioner, I am most inspired by the possibility of accompanying you on your unique journey; connecting you, through a combination of touch and verbal exchange, to your qualities, and resources within. My approach is one of openness and curiosity, with a desire to learn and adapt my skills according to where you are at right now.
