My method draws from Integral Coaching, a framework that combines three distinct styles in every process. Humanistic coaching, which holds space for presence, emotional listening, and deep reflection. Ontological coaching, which works with beliefs, language, and the way you observe yourself and your situation. Pragmatic coaching, which builds concrete plans and accountable next steps. Every session is structured around an arc from current state to learning to action, with attention to body, emotion, and thought.
My approach is calm, structured, and direct. We will not spend our time only naming what hurts. We will look at what is true today, what you want next, and what concrete step makes that next thing possible. I also draw on principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and positive psychology, which help clients work with what cannot be changed while moving toward what can. My own lived experience with disability has taught me how to hold space for grief, frustration, and reinvention without rushing the process.
I work in two-month coaching programs of four sessions, weekly or biweekly depending on what fits your life. Single sessions are also available.
